Aos paid for my dad..called the NVC and ask for my mom barcode sheet but said she wont get one just write it down in a paper..how do i get barcode sheet for my mom..and when i log in it says in termination??

The same thing the officer told me that I wont need a barcode sheet for my other parent (father), but after a week, I received an email asking me to send AOS forms and documents with the barcode sheet they provided for my father's case number. I don't know about the termination but one officer told me that it's my browser problem and that their site works better with internet explorer.

I filed for my parents as well; however , I am waiting for my case number. Anyway, how did you send lBs package? Ie two different ones for both files, but I only have one set of originals will NVC give me two case numbers one for mom and one f or dad?

Keep calling the NVC for the case numbers, I called every 3 days . Yes, you will get 2 case numbers, one for your mom and for your dad. So, you will need two sets of original and/or certified copies of documents. I sent my packages through express mails, I live in Hawaii so it takes 3 days to deliver my packages even for express mails.

Based on our transcript 2012, the fourth page of the paper, under "Adjustments to Income" there's a line in the end that says "Adjusted Gross Income". I just assumed that that's what they are asking because I can't find any other else that says gross income. Anyone can back me up here?

No, not adjusted. Total gross. Line 15. Although for me it's the same figure.

OK, NVC received my AoS packet, and the IV packet is ready to go tomorrow morning.

Keeping my fingers crossed for no RFE. Russian documents can be such a mess... I'm hoping NVC has seen such and worse before:)

Well if they told you to use that, you're probably fine. Is that number different form total gross?

The instructions are very clear on that though:

For purposes of this affidavit, the line for gross (total) income on IRS Forms 1040 and 1040A will be considered when

determining income. For persons filing IRS Form 1040 EZ, the line for adjusted gross income will be considered

Keep calling the NVC for the case numbers, I called every 3 days . Yes, you will get 2 case numbers, one for your mom and for your dad. So, you will need two sets of original and/or certified copies of documents. I sent my packages through express mails, I live in Hawaii so it takes 3 days to deliver my packages even for express mails.

Well if they told you to use that, you're probably fine. Is that number different form total gross?

The instructions are very clear on that though:

For purposes of this affidavit, the line for gross (total) income on IRS Forms 1040 and 1040A will be considered when

determining income. For persons filing IRS Form 1040 EZ, the line for adjusted gross income will be considered

I was looking at the snapshot of DS 260 and at the end the end it says that "Did anyone assist you in filling you tis form?" what did you answer to that? Since I am going to fill those out for my parents b/c of language barrier, should I put my name at the end. I am also going to be their agent.
