She will get instructions, but it is up to you to get it done. She will need to go to St Lukes in Manila. There is no appointment it will most likely take 2 days. Should get there very early and expect a long day the first day. The second day is usually just to get shots and doesn't take to long. If she has records of previous shots it may reduce the number of shots she will need and cost. She will need to take her letter from the embassy to get in. They say the interview appointment notice/confirmation in the instructions, but when my fiancee went they didn't want that, they wanted the letter from the embassy.

Where does she obtain the embassy letter?

all that is needed is the NOA2 (can be photocopy or scanned and printed) from your visa and a bill printed out from the NVC with your case number on it. That is what we used and had no issues doing the medical. Just have her tell the guard that she is doing an advanced medical. This was almost a year ago, but others can confirm this if they just did the medical.

Hi,

Can I ask?

Do have any Idea how much it will cost to do all this Med Exam?

Thank you.
