25Jun10 NOA1
29Jun10 Chk cashed
01Jul10 NOA1 mailed
06Jul10 Received NOA1 in mail
and selected USCIS E=mail & Mobile Alert
22Nov10 Received NOA2 in mail... Finally it won't be long now! :)
Never received an E-Mail or Mobile alert from the USCIS even though they were clearly selected and the USCIS site still shows it's in inital review.
Called NVC on 24Nov10 and the application already left for the embassy on 22Nov10! I checked DHL and the package is leaving tonight, 24Nov10 on a plane to Hong Kong. Should be in Manila early next week. Can't wait!!!
The new process for scheduling the interview changed a few days earlier then 1Dec10. There seems to be some issues and internal confusion with how the process worked which slowed us down a few days. Instructions forpayment said you had to wait 2 hours before you can schedule the interview, but when we tried to schedule the interview on-line it said you have to wait 2 business days. We tried to schedule by phone and they said we had to wait for the letter from the embassy and it would have the interview date. It didn't have an interview date, but said we had to schedule on-line or by phone.
Estimates/Stats :
Your I-129f was approved in 145 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 181 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
