Just a quick question. Do I need my UKC spouses police certificate or does he keep it in his possession?

He should send it to you prior to you going through the NVC as its needed by them as part of the IV package.

I was thinking he needs to get it, then I have to mail it in with the interview packet. Its only 5 pounds for another copy so we will be getting the two for him to keep one and send the other to me.

Just wanted to double check though.

When I was doing this a year ago, I had to send the original plus photocopy to the NVC then took a photocopy to the interview just in case.

Thats correct - the beneficiary should have photocopies of all civil documents available to send in to the NVC
