This is big government at it's finest. In my fiancee's country, they have a solution for this #######. Its the honorarium system. You pay somebody, you get the approval.

 Ain't that the truth.

A little cash to "grease the skids". Works quite well in Indonesia too.

Simply put, CSC is a disgrace to Law-abiding Tax Payers. The one time we ask for something of our government and they fail us miserably. I wish we had control of their lives to let them see what it's like.

I guess if there are applications pending for the month or Feb then that should be the case. They should not hold the innocent people unfairly. I guess it should have been first come first served. So now they might start the process in a routine manner. Good luck for those in Feb and cheers to whole USCIS.

I know this sounds optomistic, but I believe that even though the date is now in February... IMBRA filers will not wait that much longer. 1st because they have already approved alot of people with march april and may noa1's. All it means is that at least 1 i129f hasnt been processed that was a noa1 in late feb.

You are correct about this. You cannot go by the dates posted on the CSC site. They probably found a couple cases that should have been processed which caused them to change the date back to February 23rd. This coming week they can just as easily jump the date back up to the middle or end of March. Everything I've ever read about these dates all say that they don't mean squat. Hang in there folks, I am.

Ron ;)

Hhahhaha! Ain't that the truth! It's like paying an insurance premium for decades, then when you finally have a claim, they act like you're some kind of freak.
