Good for you :) and Congratulations!!! you're almost there....sigh...I still can't figure out on how to download that confirmation sheet...did you tried to do it online while you're still talking to the agent? what's your first step? maybe I'm just missing out something here. Oh and good luck on your med exam ;) it's just pretty easy it's just the waiting process that's taking forever :P I got in St. Lukes at 3:30 pm and finished at 7pm :P and then they asked me to return next day for the result and vaccination...the next day I got there at 2pm and went home at 5pm with a cd of my chest xray and vaccination file :)again it's the waiting process that's keeping them forever :P oh and don't be surprised if they'll take your passport cause they are the one who's going to forward it to the USembassy on the date of your interview :)

My wife is at St. Lukes now for her second day. She picked a bad day to go yesterday as Christmas and the holiday on Monday made for a huge crowd of people. She went at 04:00 and was told people were lining up at 01:00. She was in the clinic about 8 hours.

Doing the medical on a Monday is always crowded & doing the medical on a Monday after the holidays - it will be packed.
