I got a notice in the mail that I have to file an I-751 form before my wifes second anniversary when she was granted conditional status. Anybody know about this? I brought her here on a K-1 visa from Vietnam. Thanks in advance

Yes most people know about this. She only has a conditional 2 year green card. If her green card expires she has NO status and can be deported.

You must file a removal of conditions to get a 10 year green card. Not too long after that she can apply for naturalization to become a citizen. If she does not then she will need to renew the 10 year card every 10 years.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
