We will be filing end of January, so we're getting all our ducks in a row, so to speak. ;) Hubby got his GC in April 2009. We have:

Tax transcripts, joint filing, 2008, 2009 (2010 will not be ready yet)

joint checking account, with statements since early 2009 when hubby was added

joint saving account with statements as above

joint CD as above

gym membership, since 2009 August

car insurance with both names and cars since May 2009

cell phone statements, in my name, with his name as account manager (family plan, will show statements with 2 lines)

Discover card, joint account, will send a letter from CC company stating when he was added, and copies of cards, since July 2009

my 401K showing him as beneficiary since December 2008

life insurance, since Oct 2010, in my name with hubby as beneficiary

renters insurance, in both our names, since Sept 2010

3 leases, from 2 apartments, in both of our names since Oct 2008

a photo album, showing trips we've taken since 2008

one affidavit

cards and other envelopes with both our names on them

various pieces of mail showing we get mail at same address

copies of DL's at same address

printout from AT&T showing when we opened account (in my name) but showing both of our names in account profile

copies of hotel reservations from a trip we took from TX to NY in May 2010, in both names

That's all I can think of right now. Now that I type it out it seems like a long list. I hope it is a good list!

Thanks all!

we're filing next month too. we have a very similiar list...a little less actually. i do see a couple things you need.

you'll need more affidavits, the I-751 says to submit 'at least two' (i've been reading in other threads, some people are submitting w/o having them notorized. i'm still getting ours notorized...just incase yanno. ;) ) & copies of his permanent residence or alien registration card...front & back. don't forget the fee went up too...$505 + $85 for biometrics.

good luck.

Your list looks great. You actually don't need affidavits. They are suggested as a type of evidence but if you have sufficient other evidence showing how you have co-mingled your financial, personal and social lives together - especially the financial - you'll be fine without them. My ROC was approved without a single affidavit nor any leases or name on a mortgage or deed. Good luck.
