About the employment history part of my wife, how I should proceed. Here is the situation.

She got graduated in June-2007 and worked for following periods:

July-2008 to Nov-2008 and

Feb-2009 to May-2009

She does have the experience letter from her employer. However as she worked as a guest faculty (Teacher) in a college she doesn't have a proper(formal) employment letter in India. In such situation should I not mention any employment history at all or write something like this

June 2009 - To date - Not working (decided not to work)

Feb-2009 - May-2009 - Name of the Place she worked

July-2008 - Nov-2008 - Name of the Place she worked

Jul 2007 - June 2008 - Unemployed

I would like to know what document one needs for employment verification at any stage of I-130. As I said my wife worked as guest faculty (College Teacher). She does have the job experience letter from the institution , however she doesn't have formal Employment offer letter. I am trying to be prepared before I submit the information on G-325A.

As the beneficiary I was not asked for any proof of my employment at any stage of the process. Of course my husband, the petitioner, provided necessary proof (tax transcripts, pay stubs) with the I-864 submission at the NVC stage.

I am (Petitioner) ready to submit all the relevant documents (employment letter, experience letter ,tax transcripts, pay stubs etc. etc ). I just wanted to check for my wife's (beneficiary) required documents. Thanks for sharing your experience.
