Make sure you have his interview letter with you when you get in line at the Embassy. I have seen threads on here, where children were allowed into the Embassy with the beneficiary. Take his Interview letter with you, and explain to the guard that he is scheduled for the next day, and will be gooing to your interview with you.

Best of luck on your interview!

 Take a deep breath, relax and concentrate on passing your interview. No need to get anxious over other things. You'll be fine with him there. The pre-interviewer will more than likely ask, but may not..about your son. Tell her the same thing you tell the guard. No worries.

Have you contacted the USEM to see if they can move his interview up to match with yours? Anna & Gabby's interviews were at the same time. Basically as long as they believe the child is yours then his Visa is approved if yours is, nothing additional needed just the child's presence to verify that they exist.

Hello Bob 4 Anna. Thank you very much. Yes i already called the US embassy regarding my son's interview date to be the same as mine. But they said that the January 4 is already full. And the Us embassy advise me also to stick on our interview schedule. Thank you very much. GOD HELPS ME AND MY SON TO PASS ON OUR INTERVIEW AT THE US EMBASSY MANILA ON JANUARY 4, 2011 FOR MY INTERVIEW AND JANUARY 5, 2011 FOR MY SON. THANK YOU VERY VERY VERY MUCH GOD.

When you are at the Embassy for your interview, tell the pre-screener and the consular officer that your son's interview is the next day. Ask them if they will approve your son's visa during your interview. Maybe the consular officer will approve your son's visa on the same day as yours, since your son will be with you already. I think it would be worth a try. You might get lucky. Good luck! :)

That was going to be my next suggestion!

I'm wondering why the embassy didn't schedule you and your son's interview at the same time though.

but OP...you're good as far as being able to take your son in with you.

I agree that it is worth to try to bring your son on your interview, but if I were you, I will going to have a back-up plan in case the security guard won't let my son in. Probably, I would be at least an hour early on my interview schedule so I still have time to bring my son back to our house/hotel and go back to the embassy OR I would bring with me an adult that could watch my son at the waiting area.

Just a suggestion :) Wishing you both all the best on your interviews. Happy Holidays! :star:
