Did you hire someone to process your I-129F package?

Hi guys! I'm not saying that visajourney is not helpful just that my fiance is not that confident in preparing the K1 visa package. So we were looking for someone who can help us. Do you know a company or attorney whose fees are okay? not so expensive i mean. the ones I saw online asked for at least $500-1500. thanks!

hi sis! oi di pa ba kau nakaka-file? sis wag na kau hire ng agency kc madali lang yan... and ska kung me questions ka u can ask namn dito... pero kung decided na tlga kau mag-hire why not try cherryblossom, yan kc un agency na hire namin last yr. honey paid $850. base yan sa hawaii, ok un service nila, mabilis ska maayos tlga. u can PM me and i will give u their e-add and phone no.

Hi sis! di pa kami nkakafile kasi last week ko lang nakuha ang certificate of finality ko. nag pm nga pala me sayo kung pati ba yung court decision pinadala mo sa fiance mo? ang cert of finality isang page lang ba talaga? busy kasi sya sis then naguguluhan din sa process. sabi ko nga ako na lang mag prepare eh..cge please pm me the cherry blossom email add and number..thanks! ay oo nga pala regarding letters, kasi palaging di dumarating ang letters nya sa akin, kailangan ba talaga 4-5 letters coming from him?

congrats pala approved na kayo..wow..bilis no?

san ka nag-PM sa FB ko ba? bkit ang tagal ng oo sis ipapadala mo sa knya un CD mo ska finality, and oo isang page lang tlga un finality. bkit natagalan na lumabas un finality mo?, ikaw na lang ang gumawa sis, lam mo kami itong 2nd k1 namin hindi na kami naghire ng k1 kc me vj namn eh ehhehe... dali lang yan packet na yan sis... yakang-yaka mo yan i am sure ... ang alam ko sis pede namn ang e-mails ah.. pero syempre masmaganda kung m mga snail mail ka pang dalin.. oo di namn need na madami eh..... kami ni hon meron isa every month.

BTW, sis di pa kami approve, we're still waiting pa din, kaka-re-file lang namin last oct. 18, 2010. and we're not expecting it yet too, masyado pa maaga, siguro mga feb na ko magworry or march or april hehhehe...

Hi there.

Kung ipapadala mo yung annulment papers mo, aside from the certificate of finality, pati yung court decision ipapadala mo.

1 page lang talaga ang certificate of finality, usually they staple it at the front (my papers were 13 pages long, including the COF).

US embassy accepts e-mail correspondence also...letters between you and your fiance don't have to be sent through snail mail...kami ng husband ko, we prepared a few e-mails and had some greeting cards from Valentine's and his birthday.

Hey mga kababayan hindi ninyo kailangan mag hire ng lawyer o kahit sino. NO NEED TO HIRE..... if u have any question feel free to ask or send me a message i did it on my own when i was there so i know you ladies can do it to. ITS SOOOO EASY..... i swear madali lang. Good luck ladies.
