Hello. My sister has a B1/B2 visitor visa. She will be arriving in Chicago by the end of this week. At the US Embassy in Romania, she stated that she will be staying with me at the apartment I was renting in the suburbs. I have since relocated to a new address but the old address is still on my drivers license. What address should my sister use to correctly complete the the form I-94 Arrival/Departure record?

Keep it simple, just tell the truth, put in where she is staying.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I would send her an email with both addresses included so that she has correspondence from you explaining the situation if she gets into some sort of confusion at the border. It may be one of those better safe than sorry things, but it might be reassuring for her if you are both nervous about this!

Good luck, and I hope you have fun together!
