Copy of the NOA2 is all you need.....besides the usual documents for a K-1 internvew.

You already sent in the divorce decree with the initial petition, so they already have that....unless your Embassy specifically says to bring another copy.

when u say copy of noa2 ,it means photocopy right?

You can prepare a photocopy or print off a scanned copy of those documents.

NOA 2 only as said and just copies unless requested originals. Wont get lost if you take them to interview you hold on to them in an envelope, they just want to look see.

Yas. I just recently sent copies of all the document to my fiancee. Just for peace of mind, I made sure I made 2-3 copies of all documents for back-up. If it happens to get lost in the mail, at least I can be sure that I got everything backed up. Photocopies are sufficient enough but for the divorce decree, make sure you bring a CERTIFIED copy. Make sure it has the appropriate stamp of the court/state and signature of the judge.
