How Do I Contact USCIS? (LIVE PERSON)

I just called the 1-800-375-5283, it's all automated... Does anyone know how to talk to a live person there?

It has been 5 months to the day since we filed our I-129F. Nothing at all...

1-for english, 2, for case status. Then it asks to enter my receipt #... I enter that, and it just tells me what I already know... There is no option to talk to a "live" representative

don't do case status, do different ones some one will answer, have all your papers ready thay will ask for your case number, name, d.o.b. when you get a live person that will say hello this officer my number is 123456 how can i help you, don't give up keep calling,

hey buddy here is the easy solution.....it works every time...(or has for me atleast)

so after you enter the recipt #.... there is an option to expedite your case or somehting like that... press that no.

someone will answer your call .. at that time explain your situation. Will work for sure.

Call the 1800 number press the option that states to report a problem with your case and when it ask to enter your EAC # press the option that states that you lost it or dont have it.
