Kitty,

Have your fiance send you an employment letter and his pay stubs/earnings statements for the current year. He should be able to fax or email them to you. Any internet cafe, Kinko's, etc. should be able to help him with that.

Here's a link to a sample employment letter. His company's HR department just needs to edit it with his information and print it on company letterhead, they also need to sign it.

As far as I know, the Manila Embassy doesn't like to approve co-sponsors for K-1 visas, although you can always try if he just doesn't meet the income requirements.

Good luck.

Kitty,

This is a copy and paste of my answer to your other post...

Are you saying that you already provided the embassy with a current employment letter and his 2010 paystubs? IF NOT, YOU NEED TO DO SO!

Otherwise, work on finding a co-sponsor and hope for the best

i already sent employment letter on embassy but did not include his salary amount only his designation but i try to get again a employement letter from his work.... but the consule need another evidence of income of my fiance...

The employment letter, when done properly, is evidence of income. Have him obtain a new letter that's been done in the correct format with ALL of the required information. Also have him collect all of his pay stubs/earnings statements. An "employment letter" that doesn't contain the information the embassy requires is useless. I sent you a link previously that shows the proper format and required information for an employment letter. Please use it, we all really want you to be successful in obtaining your visa and being re-united with your fiance.
