Reaffirming approval

My best friend `s case was sent back to the U.S after she was denied of her visa. We did everything that immigration office asked us to do and submit tons of evidence, they requested. She was approved again and the case is now at the visa center again. How long before we hear from the visa center or do we have to call. Anyone has gone thru this?

Congrats on the reaffirmation.Mine was also reaffirmed 3moths ago.My case took only one week at the NVC bcos I went through the NVC process previously.So in your case I'm hopeful they will return it to the Us embassy within a month and you will get a new interview date.It doesn't take long at the visa center since you've been through I before. Now I have a interview on March next year! I hope this is helpful

Yep my case was reafirmed recently to we got a letter from the NVC stating they were sending the case back to the consulate. You seem to typically bypass the NVC once the case is reaffirmed and guess what are in line for the interview. Good luck I am sure you will have an interview in no time. They set ours in April. Funny we got denied and still got an interview quicker than those in line at the NVC for a current interview. Wierd!
