This is strange that they are approving September petitions and June-July petitions are still pending. , I have seen so far 8 or 9 petitions from September which has been approved. I didn’t mean that they shouldn’t approved September ones, but is this fair with those who are waiting for their approvals from last many months and still unaware how far this waiting game will go…. ,. Any idea what’s going there? :whistl :

some cases are more complicated then others, some needs to be investigated more then others, some the adjudicating officer, can't make a decision, it needs a over see,er it could be a number of reasons, no two cases are the same, we all just have to wait,

We June and July filers are lucky fellows who got a bumper price of transfer notices to TSC to speed up the process.

USCIS never mentioned in the original transfer notice that WHAT DO THEY ACTUALLY MEAN BY SPEED UP THE PROCESS... They want to speed up the process of September filers and all others after them. I don't think they wanted to really speed up the processing of June and July processing,,,,,

So Cheer up,,,,Be positive,,,,and wait until the christmas (now may be christmas of 2011 at this supersonic speed)

By the way I am late june filers and in same boat with you.

 No government document in this process mentions "fairness." It is what it is. Patience and time will pass.

May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!
