Month ago i send out first pakage for K-1 Fiance Visa. At the end of December i will loose my primary job due to health rasons. I still hold on to my part time job, however, i have feeling i will have to file for disability. How will it affect my K-1 Visa after i submit second package with my financial info?

You will need to be making 125% of the poverty line for the number of your house hold. If you dont make it then you will need a joint or co-sponcer.

125% for a 2 person family (you and ur SO) is $18,212.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

Depends how much you make. Disablity IS acceptable income and would usually be enough to meet the guidelines or close to it. Question is whether you would have the disability in place before the affidavit of support is needed and how much your part time job pays. I basically work part time and it is way more than enough to qualify, it does not matter how many hours you work. There is no requirement for a "full time job" only a requirement for income or assets to support your fiancee. An employment verification does not need to even mention the hours you work, full time or part time.

If you do have the disability in place, submit the decision letter as evidence along with proof of payment, such as a bank statement showing direct deposit. Your employment, or lack thereof, will have NO affect on the petition phase.

You can also always use a co-sponsor.
