Few Questions for my ROC Application

Hi Everyone,

My GC will expire on April 02, 2011 and I'm starting to gather evidences for my ROC but I have some few questions that I wanted to know before sending it.

1. I'll be filing on Jan 02, 2011 but the Form I-751 available on the website expires on Dec. 2010.

Can I still use this form as I'll be sending my application at the 30th of Dec.?

2. Should my husband and I sign on the Form I-751 dated on Jan. 02 or is it okay to sign it the date we sent it?

3. Do I need to send a copy of my passport?

4. When I send a copy of our debit cards, do we need to send the back copy as well?

1. Keep checking USCIS website and see if they have new forms before you send it in. I wouldn't take any chances by sending in expired documents, and risk having them sent back to re-do

2. Put the date that you will be filing it on

3. Copy of your passport is not listed as a requirement, but if you feel you need to show immigration stamps from any overseas vacation you have taken together, then go ahead.

4. I think sending in copy that shows the account numbers should suffice.

Long time no talk. We already finished with ROC and just waiting for the results. We filled in October.

the form doesn't expired. the date you looked on the form is OMB expire's day, you can still use the form. If you are really worry about form expiration, download the form at the time of your submission from USCIS's site.

1. yes you can. if you check w/uscis.gov, it says there previous versions accepted so even if yours expire, it will still be accepted, and even if a new one comes out on jan 1,2011, the dec one is still ok to use for up to usually 30 days.

2. either is ok for as long as you send it no more than 30 days after the date you indicated

3. no need unless it has new information proving your on-going marriage (ex. you just recently rchanged your name on it with your husband's last name)

4. not necessary. they just want to see that you share the account. or safer to send a cert gfrom the cc compnay stating the same

Can I include in the list of evidences to prove the marriage our assets and properties we have in the Philippines or only the properties here in the US? We have been married since 2007 and i got my conditional permanent resident status on March 15, 2009 and i have to send my I-751 packet on the 15th of this month. That is why we have cars and houses in the Philippines for the two years after we got married before i got here in the US in 2009. So, can I include that as evidences as well?
