Can someone please help me here? I will attempt to frame my situation first. I got married in Dominican Republic 08-10-2010. I-130 & G-325a already sent to USCIS. I received a NOA on 08-24-2010. Received a RFI on 11-17-2010, they needed proof that my divorce was finalized. Proof was send back via UPS within 2 days. My case status is now (response review).

Can someone tell me what are the next list of forms I will have to complete and send back to USCIS or Visa Center etc. i want to get all these ready so as soon as I receive notice of approval i will have all documents ready.

Thank you for your help as I can’t afford to pay a lawyer to get this information and help.

Thanks

I was just approved at USCIS. While I was waiting for my approval, I got together:

*Original certified marriage certificate (and translation)

*Husband's birth certificate, inextensa and legalized (and translation)

*Husband's police certificate (and translation)

*My birth certificate, long form (don't know if we need this?)

*Copy of bio page of husband's passport

*Tax transcripts (2007, 2008, 2009)

*Letter from current employer

*Paystubs from last 6 months

I also went ahead and filled out the DS-3032 and the DS-230 and got my husband's signatures on those while I was in the DR visiting (left the dates blank). I'll fill out the I-864 when the time comes.

I'm just getting ready to get started at NVC, so I hope this is everything. And I hope this list helps you! Good luck!

That seems about right (the list of items needed can be found in LingChe's guide which is super helpfull). I'm not even near this stage yet (I have yet to be approved  ) but these are some of the items I've already started to gather. I also got my husband's signatures on the DS-3032 and DS-230 on my recent trip to DR, making sure to leave the dates blank.

Good luck and hope you speed through the NVC stage.

Do I have to send the last 6 months pay stubs along with the AOS and tax transcripts? Also, do i need to send a job letter too?
