Moving to new Place................

Hello Vj and have a good day. My removal of condition will be 2012 and now my husband and I are moving to a new place.I'm really confuse what I'm gonna do since the USCIS or the Department of homeland Security have our old address. Do we need to inform that we're moving now or we have to wait on the year were I'm going to file my removal of condition? What form we need to use?

Any idea are appreciated.

Your need to file Form AR-11, USCIS Change of Address.

From USCIS's website:

"For almost all non-U.S. citizens present in the U.S. for more than 29 days, to comply with the legal requirement to notify DHS of any change of address (currently using Form AR-11, Alien's Change of Address Card)"

The LPR needs to file AR-11 Change of Address. If your spouse is your sponsor, then the spouse needs to also file I-865 and mail it in (no online option).

This is all you need to do until you have to submit your I-751 for removal of conditions.

You should ensure you have reminders in place to file in the correct 90 window prior to your GC expiration. Although some people seem to get a reminder mailed to them from USCIS, many do not, and I have read here that even if someone has filed an AR11, they reminder notice still goes to an old address (it seems not all the computer systems communicate correctly at USCIS ) It's better to have the reminders in place yourself.
