Hello

I'm married with a citizen (Puerto Rico)we send all the paper work on September 6th,for me and my son he is 16 years old, everything went really fast,on October 12th.got biometrics, and interview on November 23.The interview was really good not to many questions, about marriage how we meet and when we get married, about my son only in what grade he is and things like that. The only paper we don't have is the birth certificate of my husband,we have the US passport ,and the lady says that most of the time with the passport was ok,but because Puerto Rico has a new law about everyone that born there has to have a new birth certificate she want to see it.We told her why didn't ask for that when they got all the papers, and she didn't answer.Last thing she say is we got 30 days to send the certificate back to her,and then they make a decision.

Sorry about my english I'm still learning, but I really need any sugestions.Thank you
