I-134 Question

I haven't received NOA2, but anticipate it shortly (I had an RFE, but it was....checking a box, and my application is getting a lot of hits; plus, my member of Congress is in contact with VSC). Quick question: for form I-134, I collected my bank and employer statement back in September - if her interview date is, say, February or March, would I need to get fresh ones? I know police certificates can expire, but I don't know about the other stuff...thanks!

I would say NO...BUT attach recent check stubs and recent bank statement to show the information is still correct. I used the same bank letter and employment letter for AOS for both my wife and a K-2 to follow 10 months later. I attached recent check stubs and bank statements to show it was still current.

IF someone has other experience at the consulate you are using, then I would get fresh letters.
