So women are just as good at driving as men I am told.

However, for some obscure reason, when it snows, I have to haul out of my warm pit and drive her to work coz she doesn't like driving on snow

Then I pick her up from work at tea time and on the way home she sits there all the fake fur and gloves and criticizes my driving !!!!

I reckon those bumper stickers that say " Sit down and belt up and shut up" have it right

I mean it's like I have been hauled out of the sea by a rescue helicopter and then I shuffle up front and tell him he isn't flying it right !!!

wimmin !

my wife wont drive in snow either. forget driving in it, she wont even shovel it. she shoveled it once in five years (last feb, i was out of the country) and she still mentions it at least once a week in her latest tale of how hard she works.

Tell her in Eastern Europe she would be out ploughing 500 acres at 5am without a horse. I told my wife that and she immediately appreciated me more.

These modern Western girls have it cushy. They don't have to share the house with 50 other wives like in the old days. The guys house their other women in apartments on the other side of town out of respect for their wives homes.

I had a wife once who met me when she was 19. She stopped working immediately after we married. She is 62 now and she has gone out and worked 12 months in her entire life (excluding washing the dishes). She fell out with the other women there so she quit. She tells her current husband that she has done her bit working and deserves to spend her time at home now. He works outside in a trash skip sorting recyclables by hand all year round while she watches jerry springer and throws slap on her face to look like Joan Collins

Makes me appreciate my current forever soul mate even if she can't drive in snow

my wife would rebut with how we could have people working for us if i'd move to india and live with her parents.

This Indian guy I worked with used to go back for 3 weeks and hire a driver/servant/valet for £15 total for three weeks -- 24/7 duties

He tipped him £5 at the end and the guy almost passed out with gratitude

Too many flies though.... and tigers

the real problem - mosquitoes. the flies are tolerable.

and yeah, the usd goes far there too. i went recently, my only complaint was the driver i hired liked to park illegally and take naps in the car.

I suppose when you are on 24/7 duties you do get a bit drowsy...

It's probably legal to use a cattle prod on your driver if he starts snoozing

I like a good curry myself but I want to know the dark blobs are sultanas and not mozzies or bogies

I would like to go to India - my dad was in the Indian Army and said it was lovely - her indoors is not very adventurous though so a journey up the Khyber is not in her plans

the khyber pass isnt part of india anymore. hasnt been for a very long time.

I just dropped that in for the Brits to chuckle as the khyber pass is rhyming slang for ....

Anyway, the way things are going, the Khyber could be part of India again after the radiation clears

LOL, well as a woman (at least last time I checked) who drives a big yellow bus in NH, I can tell you that I am the one up at 4am getting dressed, shoveling down to the cars, and clearing them off. I don't mind driving in the snow....but would prefer doing it in my bus.
