Question 14 asked for what you arrived in the US.

Does this refers to the current stay? (I would assume so).

Since I got to the US for work I would put in Arrived as "employee"?

The arrrival record (i-94) most the current one.

Nevertheless the arrival date shoudl this be date originally arrived in the US or from the current I-94?

My current I-94 has a valid date from 05/2010, nevertheless our wedding was in 04/2010 (therefore it is clear that this is not the orignal arrival date in the US).

Originally I came to the US in 2006 (for my job).

Shoudl I enter the 04/2006 date once I got my position in the US and transfered here on my first L1 visa?

So I would need to look in my passport for a stamp from the immigration officer at the airport?
