They successfully released a chemical weapon (Sarin gas) in a coordinated attack on five trains in the Tokyo subway system.

Success?

It seemed more like a failure to me. They would've been better off using propane or some other incendiary. Possibly even derailing a few trains would've worked.

They lacked containment in their attack. They left an out. The one thing your low-budget, no-education-having "towelheads" did was ensure there was no escape from their attack. Who's the dummy now?

Their biological weapons program was a waste of time and money.

Agreed. They would've been much better off using conventional weapons. Tokyo is so darn packed, even a mild explosion would've yielded greater casualties.
