My fiancee and I will marry soon God's willing so we want to be prepared so that when she leaves I have finished things on my end. Can she bring the paperwork with her or must she go home and mail it to me? What marriage evidence should we supply in our packet?

Click on the word "Guides" at the top of any page here. In future, since you'll be on the CR1 visa path, post your questions in that forum instead of the K3 forum. K3 is a dead visa category.

Start working on her birth certificate, passport, police certificate from cities where she lived more than six months after being 19, get a nikah nama translated and attested from ministery of foreign affairs, make plenty of pictures involving both families, make a lot of phone calls to her and keep records of calls, exchange some letters with her.....file all of your tax returns and if u do not have an income higher than poverty level, start looking for a joint sponsor. Afetr marriage, make sure she carries your last name and gets a new NID card and a passport. Goodluck
