Hi!

I'm new to this forum (and to the whole immigration process) and I'm about to submit my package to USCIS with concurrent filing of I-130, I-485, and I-765 including the evidence for each of those. I came in August as a Visitor through the Visa Waiver program. They stopped giving out I-94W forms on the plane effective in July this year, so I don't have a I-94 number like I have had the previous times I've come to the US as a visitor. Will that be a problem?

Can I instead submit a copy of my passport (biographical page + page with stamp that says expiration date)? Will that suffice?

I hope that you can help!

It will be okay; I would send photocopies of your stamp.

However, you need to get your package accepted before your 90 days are up. Lately, some local offices have been instructed to deny all AOS applicants who entered on the VWP and overstayed. This is a policy change that is new this year and not yet uniform at every office. I hope you entered late August for your sake. Good luck.

AOS for my husband

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

I entered August 29 - so I should be safe - I have until the 27th which is next Saturday, and putting the final touches on the package today. But thank you for the information, I was actually not aware of that.

I have one more question:

The instructions tell you not to leave any spots blank, and to write either N/A or "None" instead. When I do that (filling it out electronically) for my I-94 it types out a number like this: 000000000 00. Will that be okay?

Yeah, the 0's should be fine. I am glad you have a window. Keep in mind you need to get it accepted before the 27, so I would overnight that thing today! Good luck!
