If you are Japanese or know Japanese well, please help me with this one. I can't thank you enough for helping me out with this!

Thank you so much,

Thuy

???????????????????????????????

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Senator Barack Obama
Senate Floor Speech on Public Debt

oh gosh... i can only pick at every 20th word... dammit... it seems like some sort of hotel letter of complaint?

the first part i think has something to do with the person making a suggestion.

something about st. louis missouri is in the center of america...

something like 'i go from the airport by taxi to the hotel' then something about maybe not reading the actual time of arrival?

um, 5 person staff at the entrance... wait outside...

its hot in saint louis... woman carrying cold drinks outside for your benefit... something about waiting more than 10 minutes before and feeling its inexcusable... someone in guest relations named Kelly/Kerry? something like 'i come for 7 months'... Japanese guest Mrs. Inoue... something something... considerably surprised... for 7 months people didn't come... didn't meet Japanese people... something about certainty and guarantee... please come... guest room... information... top of desk... left behind a letter... someone see writing paper with my name... ritz carlton, st. louis' hospitality... something about not much sightseeing...

i am struggling with all the freakin' particles and #######. this is what happens when you stop studying.

アメリカ is america

ミズリー is missouri

セントルイス is saint louis

日本人 is japanese person/people (nihonjin)

oh gawd, i am getting a headache from all the kanji... i haven't studied in quite a while...

PM addie_goodvibes who is japanese and should be able to give you a hand.

good luck

hope i didn't confuse you further

Absoluteness you recommend to the person who is thought in such a manner! The American Chubu, it is ミズリー state St. Louis. Because I went from the airport by the taxi, at the hotel although it is the expectation which cannot read my arrival time, it meaning that the people of 5 staffs waiting outside the entryway, it does. It is in hot St. Louis. The woman who had the tray when you think that in order to make cool ぺ リエ drink in me at the entryway what it waited sufficiently from before became without excuse. Kelly of the guest relation, "as for me coming here, however it is 7 months, as for the guest of the Japanese ミセスイノウエ is 3 public attention", that I was surprised especially, rather. Only 3 people it comes in 7 months! ! ! ! Here I guarantee the fact that it does not meet to the Japanese, securely! ! Please come by all means When it is guided to the passenger compartment, letter set is placed on the desk. When you see as ナニナニ, being to be my name entering in the stationery, it does. Ritz Carlton St. Louis is the hotel whose hospitality is splendid so The place where you visit simply is not left over... because of sense.

This is the translation using "babelfish". Hope it helps.
