Checklist For I-864 AOS

Dear VJ's

I am sending my I-864 form to NVC. Please verify me if I am missing anything in the AOS support documents:

1. I-864 form signed by Petitioner

2. Copy of Petitioner 1040 tax return for 2009(no other year mention)

3. copy of IRS Tax Transcript for the year of 2009

4. Last 2 months petitioner Pay stub

5. Letter from Employer

6. W2 & Commision statement in the year of 2009

7. Bank statement for Savings and Checking Account.

Your concern would be greatly appreciated.

If you have tax documents for last 3 years (i know its optional but VJs highly recommend for making your case solid )and

instead of copy of tax transcript if you send them original tax transcript (you can order it again for if you want for yourself)...thats my 2cent

Thanks for the INFO. Unfortunately my last 2 years (2007 & 2008) Income( AGI ) was under poverty guideline. Thats the recent I dont want to send them. Even I-864 form will calculate with most recent tax year & present salary condition. Which i have & can beat the poverty guidline.

Is that okey if I dont send them ( 2007 & 2008 )?
