Hello, would like to get more info regarding AOS to green card and the support doc needed in the process. Is there a form or something that we need to fill out immediately or asap after she arrives in the U.S?

For form I-94, she filled out the "first name" line with her full name then her last name on the "last name" line, is this ok? they already put a stamp on the form at the port of entry... so can we still cross out the extra stuff if we want to ?

form I-485 has a page for interpreter's statments signature. is this signature required? thanks

Should have everything you need to know. I don't believe there is any form you need to fill out upon her arrival other than what's in the AOS package.

Unless she needed an interpreter, you wouldn't need a signature.

You should be able to just click on it. I don't think there's any way I can post a link and the forum won't shorten it. If you click Guides at the top of the page the AOS guide is the first link on the right-hand column.

visajourney.com/forums/index.php?autocom=custom&page=k1k3aos

Add "www." in front of it and paste that into your browser (or type it).
