Some of the forms are very confusing..like the g325a.. My question is, do i really need 4 passport photos for each 325a form? im following the step by step guide to filing the k1 but still unclear on some information..

Another question is.. How much evidence of ongoing relationship do i need..i have a recent boarding pass(coming and going) and i also have email exchanges between my fiance and i which i only need 5-10 email exchanges right?..plus i have my passport stamps to panama wich i went twice to go see her..(panama is where my fiancee resides)..

I would love all of your guys help in getting my fiancee here in the united states..Its lonely without her! lol

Do i still need to fill out all 4 forms for each of us?..and just attach 2 passport photos behind the last g325a form?. ..the boarding pass i have was just recent about 2 weeks ago i was there for 10 days.. and then i have my passport stamps and some emails.. is that enough evidence or will i need more?

Hello!

Read the VJ guides, but I would encourage you to use the forms and information from the actual I-129 F instructions from the official USCIS website. This is where you will get the most up-to-date information on the petition process (including fees and where to send the packet). You have lots of reading ahead and some time to put the petition packet together, but you can do it on your own. Also, if you have specific questions as you move along the process, you can ask for help in the forum. There are plenty of helpful members!

Best wishes and congratulations!

August 23, 2010 - I-129 F package sent via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.

August 30, 2010 - Per Department of Homeland Security (DHS) e-mail, petition received and routed to California Service Center for processing. Check cashed. I-797C Notice of Action by mail (NOA 1) - Received date 08/25/2010. Notice date 08/27/2010.

After 150 days of imposed anxious patience...

January 24, 2011 - Per USCIS website, petition approved and notice mailed.

January 31, 2011 - Approval receipt notice (NOA 2) received by mail. Called NVC, given Santo Domingo case number, and informed that petition was sent same day to consulate.

Called Visa Specialist at the Department of State every day for a case update. Informed of interview date on February, 16 2011. Informed that packet was mailed to fiance on February, 15 2011.

February 21, 2011 - Fiance has not yet received packet. Called 1-877-804-5402 (Visa Information Center of the United States Embassy) to request a duplicate packet in person pick-up at the US consulate in Santo Domingo. Packet can be picked-up by fiance on 02/28.

March 1, 2011 - Medical exam completed at Consultorios de Visa in Santo Domingo.

March 9, 2011 at 6 AM - Interview, approved!

March 18, 2011 - POE together. JFK and O'Hare airports. Legal wedding: May 16, 2011.

Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined.

-Henry David Thoreau

im just worried that with my luck i will get back an RFE..

What are the most common reasons why the Petition gets rejected or RFE'ed .. i dont have alot of pictures of me and my fiancee due to our religious reasons...we dont really date and hang out and we met through friends and ive been to visit her 2 times in the past 1 yr and ive known her since 2008.. Do i need to go back and take more pics?..will our engagement pics be enough?

to answer your question on the g325 you don't need 4 copies you only need TWO one for you and one for her and two passport photos. the guidelines you are reading with the 4 is old. Also every case is different so really cant say why people get RFEs. the pics you have should be fine the boarding passes are good. Can't really say about the lack of phone records. maybe someone else can come in to answer that. good luck on your journey
