good day to everyone..quick question guys..i just got married to my fiance last month..hoorrayy!!..and the next step will be the AOS..the question is, she came here with her son..do i need to file a separate petition for each of them or he will be included into my wife's AOS petition..thanks guys..

You file separate forms for each of them. The only exception is the I-864. Your step-son can be listed on your wife's I-864 (part 3, question 9). You'd only need a photocopy of your wife's I-864 with your step-son's package. If your step-son is under 14 then the fee is less if you file both AOS packages concurrently.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
