Hi All,

My husband and I are getting ready to file AOS (obviously)and when I was researching how to handle the vaccination records I found out that one of the physicians I work with is a CS and as luck has it he provided a full medical including any vaccinations that my husband needed but was unable to get in his country. My husbands original medical was less than 1 year old but we figured "what the heck" for free he will get a new one.

I see all over this forum when adjusting from a K1 and the medical is not older than 1 year an I693 should be submitted with sections 1 & 2 filed out including any additional vaccinations obtained.

I dont see the scenario if you do obtain a new medical whether or not the famous "sealed" envelope needs to be submitted with the AOS application or just a copy of the I693 (keeping in mind if a copy is sent the original "sealed" envelope brought to the AOS interview)

Thanks in advance!

The I-693 has to be in a sealed envelope.

Put the new sealed medical in with your AOS application.

On your cover letter list the new medical in the packet.
