question regarding NOA1

hi to all i have question on oct 22 i recieved email notification that my I-129F had been accepted and routed to Vermont for processing and it had the reciept number listed but not to check it until i rcv the official 797 that i would get it within 7-10 days and today is the 10th day but i did not rcv it so my question is..Has this happen to anyone else how much longer do i need to wait

Dealing with a government agency things can be slow and since it has only been 10 days I would give it another week and then call the USCIS in Vermont and inquire if they have received it.

Nothing to worry about. You should be getting your NOA-1 hardcopy malapit na. Maybe they are talking about seven to ten business days.

You already received the email which states that they received your packet. If you feel that you need some more confirmation about whether the USCIS has received your packet, you can always verify with your bank to see if your check has been cashed. If your check has been cashed, there is a pretty good chance that the USCIS has thrown your packet on the pile with all of the other packets.

hi i think were almost have the same timeline... u can check now ur no. on the status online, no problem with that... we sent our packet on oct. 18, got an e-not on oct. 26, stating that on oct. 22 they received and mailed our noa1, and routed to VSC, but yeah after 7 days we got our hard copy of our noa1, dated oct. 29.... good luck to us... :innocent::thumbs:

hi thanks for all replied i got my NOA1 about an hour ago it was sent to my resedential address instead of my mailing address i been checking my p.o box i just thought hmm lets check mail box there it was

May 15, 2017: NOA1 
June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony
