Does anyone know why there is not I 129F listed on the Nebraska service center when you look up the processing times? I hope this is just an error because they were one of the fastest service center on processing visas.

As far as I know, Nebraska Service Center has been forwarding all of their K-1 visas to California. I know the feeling though, as I'm facing the exact same thing when I send in my app. I find it a little stupid to have to send my app to Nebraska only to have it forwarded to Cali. x.x

Correct If you check the report dated 8/1/06 at Aila org it states that I-129F and I-130 petitions were sent to CSC for processing. So at CSC they are working on March 6 petitions.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

The processing dates you'll find for CSC on the USCIS website are not exactly accurate. The stats are stuck on March 6 because of the backlog caused by IMBRA. It doesn't mean that they've stopped processing petitions filed after that.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
