IV packet still in mail room after 10 days.

OK, so this is pissing me off.. My IV packet was delivered on October 20th. NVC reps tell me that packet is not in the system yet. ####### is it doing in mail room from 10 days? AVR tells me that NVC is waiting on petitioner(me) to send the biographic forms, which are in their stupid mail room... AHHHHHH :bonk:

Anyone else experienced this type of issue? How come for some users their packet is entered into the system 2-3 days after it is delivered and for some its no where to be found?

It takes about a week normally before your package gets tied to your case. But the normal time frame is 10-15 business days. Then it takes just as long to review the case. So set your expectation accordingly and worry not, friend.

N400 CITIZENSHIP STAGE

23-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox (USPS EXPRESS)

27-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form delivered/picked up by USCIS

01-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form fee check cashed by USCIS

04-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form received per NOA1

09-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 notice date

14-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 on hand through USPS

30-JAN-2017 -:- N400 fingerprint taken

01-FEB-2017 -:- N400 interview schedule process started

26-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview date set (01SEP2017)

29-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview letter on hand

01-SEP-2017 -:- N400 interview date - Interview passed

Thanks Indigo. Just curious if it takes longer to process if you send your AOS and IV packets separately? For some reason I think that process is faster if you wait and send both of them together. Any thoughts?
