Hey 

I was wondering if u can help me i'm so confused , Now i'm so worry about sponsor 

I'm going to use  my friend as sponsor for me 

Is that a problem with NVC , or what in the same time my wife gonna fill i-864 for me but her annual income not very good but i think it's come over the poverty line 

but my friend have the best income 

My question , can i put my friend as sponsor for me ? or they will make problem for us

If your friend lives in the U.S, at least 18 years old, and U.S citizen (USC) or Legal Permanent Resident (LPR), it is perfect. Then the friend can be the co-sponsor.

Your wife will be the main sponsor and will complete I-864

Your friend will be the co-sponsor and will complete another I-864.

You fill out the petitioner fills out I864. And co-sporsor(s) fill out I864A if they live in the same house as the petitioner. Co-sposor(s) file I864 if they live in another house.
