It sounds like you have to send them a complete vaccination history. You might have not received the required immunizations in your country. You have to go to a civil surgeon to complete it. Take the form from your k1 exam and the I-693 form to a civil surgeon. If you don't get this done within 30 days they can deny your application.

When did you complete the medical examination in your country? As they already told you, if it was more than a year ago, you will have to repeat.

If you completed the medical overseas less than a year ago, it is also a common problem that your files from the visa (including your medical) did not make it over to the US. If that's the case, you can just pay the money and do it over again, Or you can contact your congressperson/senators and try to get them to figure out why your medical isn't with your file, or some people have been able to do the same thing with an INFOPASS appointment. Lastly, you could contact the medical office overseas where you had your first exam and ask them to provide you with a copy. There is one other option, but I almost hesitate to mention it because I feel it is quite risky. Some people have responded with a letter saying that the object of the request (new medical) is not necessary and there should be one in their file. VJ members have reported mixed results with this.

Good luck!
