Abdoulen,

Try reviewing this page or have a trusted friend who understands English review it with you.

http://www.visajourn..._live_in_the_US

You need to apply for an IR-1 visa instead of a K-3 visa for your husband.

What is you native language? Maybe someone who understands your native language would be better able to assist you. Also, all payments you make should be paid by check directly to the Department of Homeland Security or electronically to the National Visa Center.

Just a heads up for any financial transactions anywhere, NEVER GIVE YOUR PAYMENT TO A THIRD PARTY! and then trust them to apply it where it belongs.

I think it would be hard for someone to help you over the phone. Here is a link to the Filippino Meet Up Group in Raleigh. Why not call them and see if you can meet with someone to help you in person. Then you can communicate in your own language to find out exactly what you need, and have help applying in English.

Is it just me or does anyone else feel there is something very strange about this person????? Why ask the same question over and over again.... And how is that she (??????) is here in the states..... I mean going by the broken english I think it is safe to assume she (??????) is not american.... I am very suspicious

I am a failure to convince her it is IR1 visa, not K3.

Also advised to talk to the local people who talk in her language.

i know a lot of filipinos that are US citizen. most of them are sent to the philippines until they finish school. they live and grow up there, hence the "broken english." Please dont "assume" someone is not an american citizen based on their proficiency in english.

I never said the person was not A citizen.... And if a person was sent here to go to school then one would assume their english would be a bit better.... And I would also think it would be safe to assume that the person has gone through certian aspects of the immigration process, so there should be someone around her to help her out..... I just think it is a strange situation.......

How about hiring a cheap lawyer....there will be no RFE's, no delays and things will get done right and faster. There are some churches and local charities almost everywhere who can help even free. Good luck
