Please anyone who recently got a case number from NVC? I got my case number Oct 14, when i called the AVR at NVC. My husband called the NVC operator and he was told that a package has been mailed to him. We have not received any package. 3 days ago i also proactively sent an e-mail to inquiry@nvc........ to give them details of my husband as my choice of agent. Everything has gone quiet since then...no response to my e-mail, no package has been received by my husband.....and we are not sure what next to do. We will appreciate advise and directions on what next we can do and what processes we can follow to shorten our sojourn at NVC . thanks...

Also, please how do i get status update on my case from NVC without having to call an operator?

Hello there,

What was the date that NVC said they sent the package?...it could take about a week to get there...it took mine about 5 days. We sent Choice of Agent through email and regular mail. The hard copy was accepted before the one sent by email which took 13 days to be confirmed.

The only way to get an update at the NVC stage is through the AVR or speaking with an operator.

Check out LingChe's shortcuts which details how you can get everything ready and shorten your time at NVC.
