I'm not sure that this string is up to date. I believe all CGC applications must be done online. We have completed the application online and now the website says "ready for pick up". I'm confused about what the next step is. My fiancé is in Cebu and a special trip to Manila isn't practical. 

Well she needs to call to see if they can send it to her. If not she has to fly to Manila.
