Hi,

I have 2 kids a 14 year old and a 10 year old, should we apply with them or wait formy papers to request to take them over there with us?

I would appreciate any help.

THX

It will be considerably faster if you get K2 visas for the kids. They can apply for their visas at the same time you apply.

If you don't get K2 visas for them, you don't have to wait until you get "papers" (by which I presume you mean your green card). After you marry, your US citizen spouse would be able to petition for your kids as immediate relatives - CR2 visas. Or you could wait until you get your green card and then you could petition for them yourself - FB2A visas. The K2's are faster because you wouldn't have to go through the whole petition process with USCIS, and your kids could come at the same time you do. They can also apply for their K2 visas up to a year after you do.
