I am sure this has already been addressed before but I apologize for not spending the time to research the back threads. I dont even know if this can be done but my wife who is a permanent resident, really wants to bring her niece here from Brazil if possible. I am thinking that we must fill out the DS-156 for a non-immigrant visa. We only want her here just for a visit. If it is the 156, and since she is a minor (around 10 years old), will her mom need to sign it? If anyone has any info, please let me know.

She needs a B2 Visitor Visa and a Passport.

Details on local Consulate web site.

As she is a minor I would expect her Parents to do it.

Nothing to do with you.
