Hello everyone. I want to ask you guys if I the petitioner living in US need to send my birth certificate after notice of action 2. For the first part I didnt have to send them the birth certificate because I it said that I could either send my birth certificate or a complete copy of my passport. So I wanted to clarify if I need to send my birth certificate this time.

Also do I need to send anything else other than the OF-169 form and OF - 230 part 1 and 2 filled out by my spouse, her passport copy, her police clearance, her birth certificate, my I864 and a copy of financial documents and my cosponsors I864 and his financial documents along with his birth certificate and passport copy. Do I need to send anything else other than these forms. Please let me know and thanks in advance

No, you don't have to submit your, the petitioner's, birth certificate after NOA2. I would bring a copy of it just in case to the interview later on. Rather be safe than sorry.

I've never heard of OF-169 and OF-230 before. For the NVC stage, the two documents you need to send in are the I-864 and the DS-230.

Read both guides: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/How_to_bring_your_foreign_spouse_to_live_in_the_US and http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/EZGuideSpouse

The guides will tell you in detail what forms to submit and what you need with them.
