Hey VJ's

This may be silly but its my biometrics appointment tomorrow 1pm, and I'm really wondering what would be appropriate and if it evens matter- female here btw :) will the photos serve as national ID photos, and go on everything or... ?

thanks in advance...and I really hope with the biometrics done, it means we are a step closer to receiving some news (AP, EAD etc anything :clock: im dying of being stuck in limbo...its not fun at all.

The photo will be used on the EAD and green card, but the photo is mostly of your head so only the top of your shirt and collar might be visible. Wear something comfortable.

BTW, they don't use the biometrics photo on your AP document. They scan the photos you submit with the AOS package, and then print that photo (in black and white) on the AP document.

There were no specified rules for what to wear.

But you can use the usual rules for what works in photographs - pick a shirt that enhances your skin tone (and makes it look lighter or darker if you prefer). Probably something that covers the shoulders isn't a bad thing.
