For the Support form, would it be a terrible Idea to send it along with the financial information along with the initial packet? I have most of the required documents(ie tax returns, bank statements, etc). I was just figuring putting together everything in a single packet would mean less likelyhood of misplacing something.

They do not care about the financial stuff at the petition stage. Sending it with your petition will not have any effect, and you will still need to have it at the appropriate time for your interview.

Send only what they ask you to send, when they ask you for it. It will be less than useless at the petition stage--the consulate needs up to date proof of financial sponsorship ability. So it's clogging up your file with things they don't want to see.
