Hey everyone.. new to the site. Trying to get some information of recent timelines.

My fiance and I filed our I-129F Visa through the CSC on June 25 2010.

We received our Notice about a week after filing.

The last "touch" we had was July 8 2010.

We are trying to see if anyone has dealt with the current wait times and if 5 months is accurate. Cant find any info on people currently going through our situation... Any help would be great! THank you!!

  • Oath: 04/14/2016

Your situation makes me even more upset! Im sorry to hear that you are still waiting... Wonder what the deal is? According to the site they are currently processing petitions with a NOA1 date of June 9th... Thats not up to my date yet, but I dont think we'll meet the 5 month average... Good Luck
