Help!

We went in the paperwork about 2 weeks ago and he ended up moving because of a new job.

He's working with the same company and the same position so we'd just have to get the address changed to the new apartment.

I'm freaking out just a tiny bit about this.

What do I do?

USCIS has the change of address forms on their website, if your not in the US and still in canada meaning you just filed the petition then he needs to hop on and send off a change of address form for himself. All the instructions are on there, after he sends the form he needs to call USCIS to update the address on the phone with them as well to make sure they got the new info because you have a pending case with them.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

You have an I-129F in process?

Your U.S. Citizen fiance can file the AR-11 online. He just has to go to the USCIS website.

Thanks so much for all your help.

I just looked at that form and looked for other forms and they all say aliens change of address.

I didn't move.

The US citizen did.

Is that form still okay?

The options are

Change of Address AR-11

Alien's Change of Address Card AR-11 Sr

And the Change of address one when I open it says alien right at the top.

Do I still use that one?

Can I even change his address?

Help?

Do it online at the USCIS website here.

https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=coa

It only takes a minute, but they did use the change of address as an excuse while taking their time with my NOA2. An operator told me it would take them up to 60 days to update the address in my file (I'm the USC), so they would not admit the NOA2 was late or do anything about it until 60 days after that change.

Sigh.

This is never ending chaos.

So we just sent it in not that long ago.

So we don't have a receipt number :(

Do I click we don't have a case pending than?

It won't let me go on without putting in a number.

Thanks for your help everyone.

I would seriously be a basket case by this point.
