Hi! Had our AOS interview today.officer told us that he will be approving the application but will review the papers once more. But he said we should not worry.he gave us the approval letter and then checked the box for other also. Officer said application was 99.9 approved.what do we expect?he didn't get my EAD card and I-94.

cOngratz ...did the adjudictor got ur Authorization employment card?

NOA2 hard copy in mail Sept. 6, 2008

LetteR from NVC: Sept. 8, 2008

Left NVC : Sept. 24, 2008 > Arrived Sept. 29th

Medical Oct. : 7/13/2008 passed!

Interview date: Oct. 20,2008 7am ***APPROVED***

Visa delivery : Oct. 23,2008

Arrival in USA : oCt. 29 ,2008 POE Houston, Tx.

Thanks! No, he didn't get my EAD and I-94. I know I have read some posts before that IO not getting the i-94 and EAD means a bad thing that's why I was still nervous when the interview was done even though I got the piece of paper saying my application has been approved. I was relieved though when I checked my status online and is already in card/document production stage.

Wow .. Mine was different , I saw the IO stamped APPROVED and he did say i was Approved . I didn't get any piece of paper saying approved .

He got my EAD and i-94 and said i'll receive my Green card in 2 weeks or less.
